Bahamut 1.8.9 veröffentlicht

Der IRCd Bahamut 1.8.9 wurde veröffentlicht. Die neue Version enthält einige Bugfixes und Updates, es wird z.B. ein Problem mit SSL Verbindungen gelöst.
